The Richmond School District’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap to guide our efforts over the next five years. Developed every five years in alignment with Policy 101-R, the plan identifies the district’s strategic priorities and outlines goals to support student success.

At the heart of this plan is our shared vision of creating a thriving educational community where every student can succeed. Your input is essential in shaping our priorities, refining our goals, and ensuring the plan reflects the values of our community.

We’re inviting students, families, staff, partner groups, and the broader Richmond community to participate in the creation of the 2025–2030 Strategic Plan. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the future of education in our district.
