All students residing in the City of Richmond normally attend a catchment school that has been designated by the Board of School Trustees for their particular catchment area, unless granted a transfer under district Regulations 501.8-R.

Students will normally attend the school located in the school catchment area in which their parent's or legal guardian's place of residence is located. School catchment areas are defined and approved by the Board of School Trustees to enable an equitable distribution of student enrollment in all district schools.

Please take the time to check your catchment information using our school locator prior to registering at your school.
