The Richmond School District’s Facilities Services department is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the district’s infrastructure. The department oversees facility master planning, capital projects, building and grounds maintenance, energy and sustainability initiatives, safety and security, student transportation and more.

Facilities Services also oversees seismic upgrade projects through the Richmond Project Team and guides long-term facility planning, enrolment projections, and capital planning to ensure safe, sustainable and efficient learning environments.
