The community of learners and educators in the Richmond School District will engage in the meaningful process of reconciliation through education by developing an understanding and respect for the histories, cultures, and worldview of Aboriginal communities, beginning with the First Peoples of this place.

The goal is that all teachers feel comfortable talking about a shared history.
