January 27 marks the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau— as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. On this annual day of commemoration, the Richmond School District pays tribute to the memory of the victims of the Holocaust. The district is committed to supporting those who identify as being a part of the Jewish faith and will continue to develop educational programs that help prevent antisemitism, racism and other forms of intolerance.
