The Richmond School District has begun the process to select an official name for the new city centre school located at 8671 Odlin Crescent. The school is set to open in September 2026 and will provide a neighbourhood learning space for families in the city centre.

In June 2025, the Board of Education approved the school naming process and formed a School Naming Committee to oversee the work. The committee will ensure that the name chosen reflects the board’s values, aligns with Board Policy 701.11: Naming of Board-Owned Facilities, and is informed by community feedback.
