Science students explored the world of microscopy during a hands-on learning experience in the SuperLab. Over three days, they learnt how to operate light microscopes with precision, refining their ability to observe and measure microscopic objects with accuracy.

The sessions revealed an unseen world, as they examined mosquito heads, strands of hair and water samples from Scotch Pond. Each discovery reinforced key scientific concepts, helping them develop their observational skills and appreciation for the structures that exist beyond the limits of the human eye.

Through this interactive exploration, they became more confident in using laboratory tools while expanding their curiousity about the microscopic world. The experience also encouraged them to think critically, ask new questions, and explore the hidden details of their surroundings.
