Are you a newcomer to Canada with permanent residency or landed immigrant status and want to learn English? We are offering free English classes in Richmond, virtually and in-person! 

Our LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) Program is designed to help you:

• Develop and improve your English language skills.
• Learn about life in Canada, including Canadian laws, healthcare, employment, and other topics important for your successful integration into Canadian society.

Class schedule: Monday to Thursday; 9:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Online: Monday - Wednesday; In-person: Thursday)
Class location: Sea Island Education Centre, 1891 Wellington Crescent, Richmond, BC 
Start date: on-going registration
