Public Board of Education meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. 

Meeting dates, agendas and reports are posted to our website on the Friday prior to each meeting. Minutes of meetings are posted to the website following approval at the subsequent meeting of the Board.

Members of the public may submit questions related to the upcoming Public Meeting Agenda via: boardmeetings@sd38.bc.ca; or through the Q and A feature in Zoom.
