Mental Health Week

May 4-10 marks Mental Health Week in Canada, recognized annually by the Canadian Mental Health Association. This year’s theme, Come together, Canada, highlights the importance of social connection to our overall mental health and well-being.

Mental health is strengthened through connection. Small, everyday actions can make a meaningful difference and help people feel supported, included and less alone. Together, we can build healthier communities and recognize the role we all play in supporting mental health through connection.
